French Foreign Post Offices Cochin China 1872 (28 Dec.) envelope (complete with letter) from Tay Ninh to Saigon, bearing General Issues 1859-65 20c. blue, placed sideways and cancelled "cch" within lozenge and showing "cochin chine/tay-ninh" c.d.s., the reverse with "cochin chine/saigon" arrival c.d.s. for 30 December; the contents a long letter including reference to elephant hunting.
