xTogo Anglo-French Occupation Issues 1914 (Oct.) Overprinted "TOGO/Anglo-French/Occupation" at the Catholic Mission, Lomé Narrow Setting with lines of overprint 2mm. apart 25pf. black and red on yellow, an upper right corner block of sixteen (4x4) from Setting 2B, the lower right stamp, [37], showing variety "tog", fresh unmounted mint; the usual natural diagonal gum creases. A great rarity and only the second example recorded in a positional multiple in private hands. Behr Certificate (1998). Sc. 52a; S.G. H18a, £12,000.
