Wei Hai Wei The Trans-Siberian Route 1903 (27 Oct.) picture post card addressed to London (small tear at side) bearing C.I.P. 4c. tied by a good strike of type 8 "liu kung tau/wei hai wei" c.d.s. in violet, with Chefoo bilingual c.d.s. and French Chine 10c. tied by French Post Office Chefoo c.d.s. in violet.
