Wei Hai Wei The Chinese Imperial Post Office 1905 (29 Mar.) large buff envelope address to Stewart Lockhart bearing C.I.P. 1/2c. (18), 1c. (15, one partly missing) and 2c. tied by Peking bilingual c.d.s. with the registration handstamp, the envelope is endorsed "German Agreement Shantung"; the reverse with Chefoo bilingual c.d.s., all Chinese Wei-Hai-Wei datestamps and Liu Kung Tau arrival.
