Wei Hai Wei The China Expeditionary Force 1904 (14 Mar.) envelope addressed to Wetherby with the logo of First Chinese Regiment on the flap, based in Tientsin at this time, bearing "C.E.F." 1a. tied by type 50 "F.P.O. No.4" c.d.s., the reverse with Base Office B and arrival c.d.s.; a few tone spots. A very scarce cover displaying the regimental crest.
