China Foreign Post Offices British Post Office kiungchow: 1898 (21 Dec.) picture post card of Hong Kong (small tear at side), addressed to Exeter, bearing C.I.P. 2c. red pair tied by a fine strike of the Kiungchow Dollar chop with Hong Kong 4c. grey cancelled by Hong Kong c.d.s. The card also shows handstamp of Customs House, Kiungchow, Hainan on picture side with the appropriate seal applied on address side. Very fresh and a rare combination card.
