China 1897 New Currency Surcharges Large Figures, Narrow Setting, Third Print 1899 (1 Mar.) red band Maus cover addressed to Germany bearing 10c. on 9ca. grey-green tied by a fine strike of "imperial post office/wuchow" dated oval type II in black, with Hong Kong 10c. purple on red alongside tied by two strikes of Hong Kong c.d.s.; the reverse with Canton Dollar chop and the arrival c.d.s.
