1841 1d., unplated, QL, just touched to large margins, on very neat clean envelope addressed to Marlborough, tied by superb light strike of the pale blue “992” numeral of Tidworth, the reverse with light strikes of the circular undated ”burrage” and ”east grafton”, both in blue, faint arrival d.s. in red for 1847(?); fine and extremely attractive.
