Buckinghamshire Yeomanry Cavalry, Coronation 1821, silver medal (Jos. Field. 1st Regt B.Y.C.H.), about extremely fine, pierced as issued, with double ring suspension Estimate £ 100-140 This Coronation Medal was made especially to the Duke of Buckingham's order and closely resembled the official issue. It was given to the members of the B.Y.C.H. who lined the coronation route at its extreme and who were not fortunate enough to receive the official medal.
