State of Louisiana, 1828 5% Loan, bond for $1000, #17, issued by the Consolidated Association of the Planters of Louisiana, lovely Perkins, Bacon engraving with eagle at top, cherubs bottom, together with certificate issued under Act of 1866 for liquidation of the unpaid debt, #C17 (Criswell 28C), with some coupons remaining, minor repairs on the first, more extensive on the later piece, very fine and fine and very rare.
