Formed in 1920 to acquire the Lexington Motor Co., Ansted Engineering Co. (builders of engines) and the Connersville Foundry, all of Connersville, Indiana and the Teetor-Harley Motor Corporation of Hagerstown. Financial troubles hit the company like so many others and production slumped and by 1927 the Lexington brand had been sold to Auburn and the name faded away.
