Blue: Ellon; 1844 (20 Feb.) entire letter to Glasgow bearing HD (three margins, ragged at right) well tied by a light strike of light blue Maltese Cross with boxed Ellon despatch datestamp in lower corner in the same colour, cancelled again by a strike of black Maltese Cross and with Aberdeen arrival on the flap; also 1842 (25 Aug.) entire to Exeter bearing EE (touched at foot) tied by light grey-blue Maltese Cross with matching Truro despatch d.s. alongside. A scarce duo.
