Registered cover from Shkodër to Munich, Germany, correctly franked with 1913 25q. blue (minor imperfection at top right) in combination with 1914 1g. on 25q. of the first issue of Albanian Principality stamps, issued by the Interim Administration of the International Control Commission before the arrival of Prince Wilhelm of Wied, each tied by Shkodër c.d.s., backstamped (30.7) on arrival. An extremely rare mixed franking of the final issue of the Vlorë Provisional Government and the first issue of the Interim Administration of the International Control Commission. Michel 32, 44.
