Registered cover from Valona (Vlorë) to Cologne, Germany, paying the foreign double rate for registered mail with 5q. green, 10q. rose pair, overprinted "7 Mars" (first issue of the Prince de Wied administration of Independent Albania), with German registration label at top right and arrival (13.3) on reverse. A very scarce issue on cover, of even greater significance on non-philatelically inspired mail. Signed G. Bühler. Michel 36, 37, 38.
