1855 (19 Feb.) entire to Liege, Belgium bearing 1854 1a. Die I horizontal strip of eight, [25-32], cancelled with diamond of hollow dots, showing "13" (deleted) and "11" manuscript rate marks with Alexandria transit (21.3) on reverse; Positions 25 and 32 are split as they were originally folded over the cover, addressee's name excised and staining at right, but the equal largest usage of 1a. recorded from the Straits Settlements (the other is a block of eight from Penang).
