1911 (30 Jan.) red band envelope registered to Hangchow via Siberia, bearing C.I.P. 10c. (2) tied by Tihwa c.d.s. and showing a very fine strike of the Tihwa boxed registered handstamp with Peking (2.2) transit and Hangchow arrival (8.2) c.d.s. with a further despatch on the address side. The 20c. postage (10c. for registration) pays the international rate and shows that this was sent via Russia, via Tahcheng in Siberia and re-entered China at Manchouli. Photo
