Indian Mutiny 1857-58, 2 clasps, Delhi, Relief of Lucknow (Saml. Morris, 75th Regt.), contact marks and edge wear, about very fine

Samuel Morris served as a Private in the 75th (Stirlingshire) Regiment of Foot during the Indian Mutiny under regimental number 2450. One medal roll notes that he later transferred to the 1/60 Rifles. Morris is confirmed with entitlement to this medal and clasps; sold together with copied medal rolls.
