1666 CROWN FROM THE REIGN OF CHARLES II

Charles II (1660-1685), Crown, 1666 XVIII, second laureate and draped bust right, rev. four crowned shields cruciform, six strings to harp, edge lettered upwards, 29.87g, 6h (ESC 32; Bull 366 [S]; S.3355).
Light contact marks and some wear to the higher devices, otherwise lightly cabinet toned, almost very fine, rare, and poignant being struck in the year of the Great Conflagration of London.
