Efficiency Medal, G.V.R., Territorial (4103770 Pte. R. G. Cumbes. Hereford R.), very fine

Reginald Gordon Coombes (sometimes spelt Cumbes) was born in Holmer, Hereford and worked as a haulier before he attested in July 1923 with the Herefordshire Regiment (Territorial Army). He was discharged in July 1935 but reenlisted the following February. He then discharged for a final time in January 1941.
