Frederick Stanley Webster was a native of West Hartlepool who served with the 41st Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery, with whom he was awarded his M.M. Notably he appears upon the role of the Durham Garrison Artillery (T.F.). Webster further appears upon the Absent Voters list of 1918 living at Elliot Street, Hartlepool.
