Stanley Ivor Mills was born at Rhayader, Wales on 24 September 1923. Served in the North West Europe Campaign during World War Two, at some point he rejoined the forces and in 1958 is noted from the Regimental Journal as leaving the 3 Base Ordnance Depot in Singapore, as a Sergeant. Mills died 16 July 2006 in Llandrindod, Wales.
