Adele Anne Locke was born at Marylebone on 1 March 1910, the son of Frances and the Reverend Alexander Locke M.A. Commissioned 2nd Subaltern with the Auxiliary Territorial Service on 28 August 1942 she was advanced Subaltern on 1 December 1946. Her medal entitlement is confirmed by her medal card.
Locke remained in the A.T.S. after the war being advanced Junior Commander on 1 February 1949 and Senior Commander on 1 February 1949. At some stage being re-graded Major, she retired from the Reserve of Officers on 11 June 1960. She died at Taunton Deane, Somerset on 4 Jun 1892; sold together with copied research.
