The Second World War campaign group of three awarded to Private F. Kelly, Royal Army Medical Corps, who was taken Prisoner of War in the Middle East on 2 June 1941

Francis Kelly was born at Manchester on 16 August 1916 and enlisted into the Royal Army Medical Corps. He was reported as 'Missing' on 2 June 1941 and was later confirmed as being taken Prisoner of War in the Middle East and was sent to Stalag VIIIB (344) Lamsdorf.

Red Cross letter confirming he is a POW at Kohinia Hospital near Athens, dated 15 July 1941.
ii)
Red Cross letter confirming he is a POW at Stalag VIII-B with Number 23324, dated 24 September 1941.

Envelope for the Army Postal Office, this stamped 'Addressee Reported Prisoner of War.
