Frederick Young, born at Ballarat, Victoria, was a 28 year old farm hand when he enlisted in the 19th Battalion on 21 April 1915. His service papers reference multiple offences and hospital attendances during his service. He returned to Australia on 20 October 1918; sold together with copied research

Henry Davies was born at Middlesborough, England about 1886. A 30 year old bricklayer, he enlisted in the A.I.F. at Campsie, New South Wales on 5 October 1915. Embarking for France on 22 August 1916 with the 19th Battalion, he transferred to the 20th Battalion on 29 December 1918. Davies died at Parramatta on 11 September 1971; sold together with copied research, collar and cap badges and returned from active service badge engraved on the reverse 175616.

Malcom Mackenzie Ross was born at Invergordon, Scotland. A 32 year old sailor, he enlisted in the A.I.F. at Liverpool, New South Wales on 18 February 1915 for service with the 19th Battalion. He was wounded in action on 9 October 1917 with a gunshot wound to the leg and foot. He returned to Australia on 12 March 1918 and was discharged on 22 June 1918; sold together with copied research.
