Trevor Jenkins served with the 10th Battalion Tank Corps during the First World War. His British War and Victory Medals which went unclaimed and were returned to the War Office in July 1923 until they were finally reissued in 1930.

Peter Mayor Macintosh was born on 9 September 1889 in Gourock, Fenfreshire in Scotland. He enlisted in the Royal Navy Reserve on 29 July 1915 and served on H.M.S. Sabrina. He was promoted to Temporary Acting Lieutenant on 5 January 1916 and Lieutenant on 1 July 1917. He demobilised on 31 July 1919. He was further entitled to the 1914-15 Star and the Victory Medal.

Walter Herbert Hayden served with the Royal Army Ordnance Corps from 6 June 1918 and was posted to the Western Front where he served the remaining few months of the War.
