(x) Africa General Service 1902-56, 1 clasp, Somaliland 1908-10 (W. H. Franklin. Tel:Dept.), good very fine

W. H. Franklin served with the rank of Telegraph Signaller during the Somaliland Campaign and later reverted to the Government Telegraph Department of India. An MIC exists in his name as Telegraphist Sergeant with the Indian-Euro Telegraph Department, however it notes the medals were issued in India and does not confirm his entitlement; sold together with copied research.
