One of 25 Fenian Raid 1866 clasps issued to the unit of which all but one were single clasps.

James Bond Forrest was a member of a well-known Lake Eyre family, the son of the Captain of lake going vessels. Forrest was himself a captain of lake-going vessels, both his father and brother lost their lives on the lake.
