1951 Autograph memorandum from Marlborough House, with the original registered express envelope initialled "MR" posted from Buckingham Palace, written to her housekeeper, Mrs Bruce at Windsor Castle. Queen Mary refers to the floods at Windsor "you must be nearly drowned at Windsor; the account of the Thames is very bad, hope you keep well in spite of the damp"
