Lord Louis Mountbatten

Knowing of the relationship between the two, Lord Louis promises to "look after him" during the seven month tour. The letter is signed "Dickie", and the envelope is initialled "LM", franked with a stamp that isn't cancelled as the letter was delivered by Prince Albert who travelled to Portsmouth to bid farewell to his brother, the Prince of Wales.
