1901 Printed speech delivered in Ottawa by the Duke of Cornwall and York signed "George" by him at the end of the second page, during the Royal Tour of the Colonies aboard H.M.S. Ophir. The Duke pays tribute to the peoples of Canada and refers to the death of Queen Victoria. An important document emphasising the continued relationship between the British Crown and Canada (21x33cm)
