c1650 Pair of red silk stockings with silver thread surmounted by a Crown and thistle design, in a cardboard box annotated "Charles II stockings". He was King of Scotland from 1649-1651 and King of England, Scotland and Ireland from the Restoration in 1660 to his death in 1685 (75cm, pair)
