1927 (8 Feb.) a selection of eight envelopes registered from Kizil to Moscow variously franked and showing all different combinations including five envelopes paying the correct rate of 28k. and three envelopes over-franked (31k., 33k. and 51k.). Stamps cancelled by despatch c.d.s. (Tchilinghirian Type 3) and showing arrival on the reverse. A great lot for the specialist.
