Die I, Stones A-B
A specialised, used selection of singles (19) and example on cover, well presented on album pages (7) including Stone A 6th group (8), three examples varying from extremely worn to slightly worn, four examples from early to late printing and single with rare experimental circle of dots cancellation; Stone A2 6th group, [78] band not shaded and no top line; Stone A3, 6th group, [30], hair on neck and band shaded, Position 54, band not shaded and no top line, [78] band not shaded and no top line; 9th group A2 stone single, possible 'X2' single and single of unknown stone showing characteristics of this group, tied to 1855 (May) entire; Stones B and B2, Position 1 (3), one with flaw in right leg of 1st "n" in "anna"; 9th Group printed from extensively retouched worn stone; Stone B2, 8th group [8] with retouches to eyebrow, nostril, hair above ear and top / right outer framelines. All with four clear margins, some mixed condition though the majority fine. A scarce assembly for the specialist.
