Article 100. The House of Representatives shall consist of members elected in the three Provinces in accordance with the provisions of a federal electoral law.

Article 101. The number of Deputies shall be determined on the basis of one Deputy for every 20,000 inhabitants or fraction of that number exceeding half, provided that the number of Deputies in any of the three Provinces shall not be less than five. (Constitution 7 October 1951)
