Indian Title Badge, Rai Sahib, silver and enamel (Babu Bhabesh Chandra Ray 4th June 1928), a couple of rays a little bent, otherwise good very fine

Babu Bhabesh Chandra Ray was born on 18 January 1885 at Pabna, Bengal and joined the Bengal Civil Service on 14 March 1910. He worked variously as a Deputy District Magistrate and Deputy Collector, whilst also being a District Recruiting Officer from September 1917-May 1919 during the Great War. His Title Badge was confirmed in the Calcutta Gazette whilst he was at Rakarganj.
