(x) A Royal Navy Midshipman's Dirk, of late 18th or early 19th Century manufacture, featuring a straight blade with traces of gilded foliate decoration and former blueing, gilded brass and leather scabbard, grip of bone or ivorine with a gilded brass top, by Andrews, Pall Mall, London, much gilt remaining to the guard, scabbard chape repaired but complete, total length 535mm, generally good very fine
