(x) A Royal Navy Midshipman's Dirk, of late 18th or early 19th Century manufacture, featuring a curved blade of good quality, this with engraved foliate decoration and Trophies of Arms enhanced in gilt, traces of blueing evident, finely-engraved gilt-brass hilt, gilded brass scabbard engraved to both sides, dual suspension rings, traces of gilt remaining to hilt and scabbard, total length 540mm, overall good very fine
