Roman Empire, Divus Marcus Aurelius, struck under Commodus (AD 180-192), AR Denarii (2): i) Rome, DIVVS M ANTONINVS PIVS, bare head right, rev. CONSECRATIO, eagle standing right on globe, head left, 3.11g (RIC 273; BMC 20), lustrous, some deposits, fine; ii) another, as before, rev. CONSECRATIO, eagle standing right on thunderbolt, head left, 2.47g (RIC 269; BMC 22), very fine or better; (2).
