British War Medal 1914-20 (2. Lieut. G. R. Carr.), very fine

George R. Carr first entered the war as 2440 Lance Corporal with the 1/9 London Regiment. He later served with the Middlesex Regiment and the Labour Corps and was commissioned on 29 July 1917 into the Army Service Corps. He is entitled to a 1914 Star Trio which was sent to him at 18 St. Andrew's Street, Holborn Circus, London.
