1914-15 Star (S-6105 Pte. M. Harris. A. & S.H.), very fine

Mark Harris enlisted into the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders on 7 September 1914. He first served overseas in France on 9 July 1915 and is entitled to a 1914-15 Star trio and a Silver War Badge (379859). His M.I.C. notes 'appl for Repl 6/36', and the medals were sent to PO Box 5604, Johannesburg, South Africa. Harris is listed in the British Jewry Book of Honour as serving with the 11th Battalion.
