Reginald Ernest Page was born at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire on 15 June 1893 and enlisted with the Royal Navy on 17 August 1909 as Boy Class II. He served with a variety of ships at the start of his career before entering the Great War as Able Seaman ashore with Vivid II.
Page joined TB 15 on 16 October 1916 and served with her likely in the North Altantic or on the Nore Patrol, being advanced Petty Officer aboard on 1 May 1918. Posted to Valiant after the end of the war Page continued to serve with a number of ships before retiring in 1933.
Page returned to serve on the outbreak of the Second World War with the rank of Chief Petty Officer. He appears to have served with Daedalus II from April1 940 until the end of the war; sold together with copied research.
