Charles Dawson, a native of Bridgeton, Glasgow, was an employee of R&J Edmonstone Auctioneers when he enlisted in the Highland Light Infantry. According to the medal roll he is entitled to the clasps Cape Colony and South Africa 1902; sold together with copied research.
