Thomas Walker was born and enlisted at Middlesborough, he served in the Balkan theatre of War from 14 July 1915. He was killed in action on 7 August 1915, whilst serving with the 6th Battalion, and is commemorated on the Helles Memorial.

Walker was the son of Elizabeth T. Walker, of 56, Wood St., Blackpool, and the late John W. Walker.
