Frank Williams was born and enlisted at Warrington, he entered the war in France on 13 February 1915 and was killed in action on 16 June 1915, whilst serving with the 4th Battalion South Lancashire Regiment. He is buried in the Poelcapelle British Cemetery, Belgium.
