1895-96 8a. magenta block of four, the upper left stamp with variety Hindi characters transposed [19/1], large part original gum with a few tone spots, otherwise fine. It is believed there are only ten examples know of this error, one used example being in the Royal collection; this block of four with normals se-tenant is believed unique and is surely a most important piece.
