Originally formed in Madrid in 1880 as Jerez to Algeciras Gibraltar Direct Railway Company. Reconstructed as this English company in 1888. Voluntary liquidation in July 1913 and acquired by Cia de los Ferrocarriles Andaluces. GVF.
