Charles Gordon was born on 22 August 1891 and served with the 5th Battalion, Black Watch from 18 December 1915. Transferring to the Royal Naval Division he was sent from there to the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve on 4 March 1916. after serving ashore briefly he was transferred to the Orwell serving there until 1919; sold together with copied service papers.

Albert Kitchen was born at Ramsbottom, Lancashire on 18 May 1879 and lived at 15 Bridgefield Street, Hapston, Burnley prior to the Great War. He was noted as being mobilised before completing his training and serving with H.M.S. Vivid III.

Stanley Watson Baverstock served with the warships Monarch, Lucia and Neptune during the Great War.

Joesph Hutchinson served with H.M.S. Pelican from 24 July 1918-13 March 1919.

William Elliott Hares served with H.M.S Caroline during the Great War.

Joseph George Bailey served with H.M.S. Argyll until December 1915 when he went ashore. Later joining the crew of Canning in December 1916 he was to remain with her for the rest of the war.
