Queen’s Commendation for Valuable Service in the Air London Gazette 12 June 1971.

Malcolm John Innes Carr was commissioned Pilot Officer on 21 April 1954 and confirmed in the role the next year on 21 April 1955 while serving with the General Duties Branch. Promoted Flying Officer on 21 April 1956 before being further advanced Flight Lieutenant on 13 April 1960. Commended for her services in 1971 Carr retired at his own request on 1 January 1976; sold together with copied London Gazette entries.
