1636 (28 December) warrant for payment to Sir Robert Pye, auditor of the receipt, for the payment of wages for "Gentlemen Ushers Yeomen Ushers Rangers Groome Porter, and Bedd Carriers to the Queen's Majesty ... within the space of three yeares ... the some of six hundrer and twentie pounds, twelve shillings, eight pence".
