Set of four from 1½a. to 10r. overprinted "Specimen" affixed to gold leaves removed from the official presentation folder, the 10r. has been removed and replaced in a plastic mount with some minor thin spots; traces of peripheral toning and a few bends and blemishes to the leaves, nevertheless a very rare set presented as such. Notes: Courvoisier agreed to produce a special overprint for the issue, and, after correspondence that began in July 1948, printed 100 such folders with stamps overprinted "Specimen". These were then presented to dignitaries and officials as gifts.
